Trainer Wendy Anderson is one of the top conditioners on the circuit, and jockey Damario Bynoe is a sharp booking. The 14% career win rate is a touch modest, but at 7/2 on the morning line, the rating dominance suggests this horse is undervalued relative to what the numbers say about ability.
He Likes Winning draws post 4 with a solid 65.52 TrackWiz rating and holds a meaningful gap over the horses below him in the field. Antonio Whitehall is a capable hand in the irons, and trainer Michael Nault is a respected name in this company. At 5/1, there's real value in placing He Likes Winning underneath in exactas — the rating suggests he's the clear second-best contender if Conspiracytheorist handles things up front.
