Trainer Alexis Cordero-Lopez has Alejandro Gomez up, and at 9/2 on the morning line, this horse offers real place-ticket value if Could Do gets the win. The closeness of those two ratings suggests a genuine photo-finish threat.
Jacks War is the morning-line favorite at 3/1 with a rating of 56.67 — well below our top two, but not without merit in an all-maiden turf field where experience gaps can be significant. Trainer Juan Carlos Gotera has Charle Oliveros aboard, and the public price implies confidence. Worth including in exotics as the third wheel behind our top two choices.

A starter allowance on the turf where the morning-line chalk doesn't match our top-rated horse — creating a potential overlay situation that sharp bettors will want to notice.
My Lucky Deia carries the highest TrackWiz rating in the field at 82.71 and goes postward at 6/1 on the morning line — that's a pricing disconnect our analysis can't ignore. With an average speed of 54 and trainer Juan Pablo Silva sending out Luis Negron, this mare has the tools to outrun her odds in a starter allowance at seven furlongs on the turf. A 16% career win rate may look modest, but the overall profile grades out well above the market price.
Too Fast for You earns the place nod off a sharp 36% career win rate — the best in this field — and an average speed figure of 56, which leads the entire field. Bailey Weatherly picks up the mount for trainer Claudie Marshall Godsey, Jr., and the 4/1 morning line makes this a logical single underneath My Lucky Deia. Speed figures that strong in a starter allowance are hard to ignore.
La Girvina matches Too Fast for You's elite 36% career win percentage and rates third overall in our model at 65.04. Trainer S. Matthew Kintz has Norberto Arroyo, Jr. up, and the 3/1 line makes her the public's second choice — respect that. She's the right horse to round out your exacta and trifecta tickets if the top two fire.

Maiden Claiming · 5 1/2 fur · Dirt
The morning-line favorite and our top-rated horse are the same animal here — Maam Cross is a heavy 8/5 chalk — but Trainer Eddie Clouston doubles up with a second live runner that could make for a profitable exacta box.
Maam Cross owns the race's best TrackWiz rating by a wide margin at 89.12 and also carries the only non-zero career win percentage in the field at 14%, which is meaningful in a field of otherwise winless maidens. Luis Alberto Batista has the call for Eddie Clouston, and the average speed of 53 leads the pack. At 8/5, the price is short, but when a horse is this clearly superior to the field on our model, the math still works on win tickets.
Sylvette comes out of the same barn — trainer Eddie Clouston — and rates a strong second in the field at 77.57, a full 15+ points ahead of third-best Somethingtosay. Elijah Greenidge rides the 5/2 second choice, and the Clouston stable double gives this race an interesting angle: the trainer has two legitimate runners who could fill the exacta. Don't let the zero career wins fool you — in a maiden race, the form cycle is exactly what the model is reading.
Somethingtosay is third in our ratings at 61.01 and draws in at 3/1 on the morning line with Charle Oliveros aboard. Despite an average speed of only 49 — the lowest among the top three — the rating still suggests enough ability to hit the board in a soft maiden field. Include this one in trifecta tickets as a reliable third wheel.

And in Race 3, Maam Cross tops our leaderboard with an 89.12 rating and comes in as the 8/5 morning line choice — the shortest price among our free picks, and arguably the most straightforward win bet on the card's opening half.
