Spirited Anne is the logical alternative at 7/2 for trainer Larry Rivelli and jockey Walter A. Rodriguez, posting a 79.29 TrackWiz rating — second-best in the field by a clear margin. A 28% career win rate in an allowance optional claiming spot suggests this filly knows how to compete, and the rating gap between her and the third-best horse is substantial enough to project a place finish with confidence.
