Fernando Salazar Becerra gets the mount for trainer Robert C. Cline, and with an average speed figure of 53 — tied for the top among horses who have recorded a workout — there's measurable upside here. In maiden sprints, the combination of a strong rating and a fair price is enough to make this the logical top selection.
