Brown's familiar hand in the paddock. At 9/5, the price isn't generous, but those underlying numbers make it hard to argue against. Nomar Arroyo Bueno stays aboard, and the 7-furlong distance on dirt suits horses with a strong sustained pace — exactly the profile Entitled Defense projects.
Rare Ruby (#4) makes a compelling case to fill the place slot at 7/2.
